• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within three business days of receiving your item.
• Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Process: To start a return, please contact us at (email) with your order details and a photo of any damages (if applicable). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
